Dropped Rates as going live on FB stream

Hi all,
I tried many recommendation on the forum regarding optimal setting for streaming.
Usually I have 1 guest in Skype through display capture. When recording everything is fine, but when starting streaming I drop frames and everything is out of sync.
My PC is:
Intel i7-5500U CPU @ 2.4GHz
RAM 8 GB
64 bit
Internet upload speed approx 2.3-2.2 Mbps

I'd really appreciate some help with finding the correct settings

Thank you

Your overdue to a Win10 update. See this forum for mentions of why Win10 v2004 is often recommended (and appears most of the bugs have finally been ironed out).
I, personally consider 8GB or RAM to be on the tight side. If you aren't already monitoring via Task Manager/Resource Monitor on RAM usage, I recommend you do so so see if RAM usage is a problem for you.
That is a lower-wattage, 5+ generation old CPU. CPU monitoring would also be something I'd advise.
You have audio running at both 44.1 & 48KHz - that will take extra CPU cycle, and others have said can cause sync issues
The log (towards bottom) shows dropped frames due to your system (CPU/GPU, etc) and some due to insufficient Internet bandwidth. With your upload, and a 1500kpbs bitrate, you should be ok... assuming that bandwidth is relatively consistent (and isn't being used by anything else)
Also, are you using a HDD, or a SSD?

I'm a relative newbie with OBS (only this year) so I'm not best to recommend optimized settings. But, with that system, you most likely need to optimize more than you are already (guessing you know that, which is why you posted here). Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will advise you.
In the interim, as OBS is NOT my strong suit, what I'll advise is to make sure your Windows OS is optimized (ie turned off unnecessary background tasks/app. you rebooted and left PC plenty of time to settle down before starting stream... you do reboot regularly, right.. no less than once a week? I shutdown completely and boot fresh every morning. etc) I advise this to make sure as little as possible is taking CPU and other resources from what you are trying to do.

Though I recommend AGAINST running as local admin, search in this forum as to why you may want (in your case need) to run OBS with local admin rights
Good luck
