Dropped KBPS only when running Steam games

Firstly, I'd like to say that the community that gives advice and insights to issues and such is simply amazing. I've learned so much in the last couple of weeks about both OBS as well as my own machine, and I've learned how to best optimize my laptop for things that I want to do. So, in the spirit of the Holiday Season, thank you!

So, my new Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 Laptop (new hardware) struggles to keep KBPS whenever I attempt to stream Steam Games (obviously on the same machine). I've done all of the suggested steps on the "Dropped Frames/Connection Issues" link, and for some reason am having the same issue. Here are the specs for my rig:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.87 GB usable)
Device ID 256081F9-D760-4ED6-A609-DE69D86F00CC
Product ID 00325-81862-11128-AAOEM
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

Laptop also has an NVIDIA GeForce GTX, with the high performance NVIDIA processor selected, and with OBS as an added program.

I've also attached the log of my last bandwidth test via OBS.

I'm already running OBS as admin, I have already augmented my laptop per the suggestions of the "Laptop?" post, and my ISP has opened up any bottlenecking when it comes to bandwidth.

Any help or suggestions would be grand! Someone in the Community also mentioned GPU/CPU usage?

Thanks y'all!
