Question / Help Dropped frames

so, I'm getting massive dropped frames WA h time I switch from ultra fast to any other preset, not currently home but will upload a log file when I do. I'm running a Mac Pro desktop 2013 (trash can model) with boot camp running Windows 10

64GB RAM
6GB worth of video card
Processor - Intel Xeon dual 3.5GHz E5-1650

This has the power to encode at "placebo" and then some, so what am I doing wrong here?

Well I found the problem, computer was fine. It was the router, apparently it's reached its end. Just bought a new one should be getting it today. Spent an hour or two with ScumCast trouble shooting and having to turn down their approach to rent their terrible "modem/router" over and over. My upspeed wa crippled at 1.5ish Mbps I'm supposed to have 20)
