Not sure what would cause dropped frames. Xsplit ran fine along the same settings.
Have inspected and changed every possible setting and still same outcome.
have been reading a ton of old posts and nothing seems to fix this, I even setup a stream only pc, and it dropped frames as well. I have done several internet test through Twitch test, Speed net, etc.
