dropped frames

anyone can help please, i am having problem with dropped frames, my internet download is 1200 and upload 70 and i am using a i9 intel, 3080 card and all sudden started dropping frames, I've been streaming for 6 moths without problems until today, anyone have an idea why?
 
Same happening here. Will be streaming perfectly fine for a while, then all of a sudden a drop to 30FPS and choppy stream / video (but not losing any frames in OBS display, just choppy recordings). Fucking infuriating. Many have been posting about this problem, so let's hope they have their eyes on it for a fix soon.
