Dropped frames!!!

I am very dissatisfied with what you did with the software OBS. Six months ago, OBS worked perfectly and there were no problems, why did you need to break everything !?? Whatever I do now is constantly happening dropped fremas. And this is due to the update OBS!!!!

I'll start in order.
I play on PS4, video capture card too powerful PC, and there OBS too ---YouTube. 1080p 60fps
Internet speed test Downloan 100mbits Uplound 45mbits (stable)
Before the update, I used bitreid 8 000.
After update birtreid go too "0" on midlle stream. I looked on google and a huge number of people have the same problems!
People write that because of the stupid update you need in the settings "enable network optimization".
I did it. That helped. But not really.
Now the bitrate is jumping 11,000 too 2,000. Dropped frames 1282/2235(57.4%)
I called the provider and the master, they checked everything. everything is 99% good with the network

My friends can't stream on this issue either.
I've tried everything. Changed servers. Reduced bitrate. I changed the settings. Does not help.
I know at least 20 people with the same problem. And all after your update. Now I can't stream and I'm losing my audience. So you are doing a bad job.

Go back to the previous version then, you'll likely find the same behavior. OBS network code hasn't been changed in many versions.

I updated from 25.0.8 to 26.1.1 last week. no issues everything worked fine after update (and also updating the 1 plug-in that was version dependent - Media Controls)

Look around.. numerous folks complaining and not diving deep into Windows Updates, 3rd party s/w and associated NIC drivers... and they can't solve issue... no surprises.
that one sees the issue in OBS doesn't mean its OBS' fault
