Dropped frames

I did the auto-configuration and I still get dropped frames. The bitrate is 937 kbs, outscale resolution to 853x480, and 30 fps. I use ethernet and I believe my pc has good enough specs for streaming. I have that on as well and the issue still persists. I just can't find the root of the problem.
