Question / Help Dropped frames

Good morning all,
I have been trying to figure out my issues with streaming for months now. Even went and upgraded my system in order to stop frame drops.
So I'm reaching out to the pro's. Here are a couple of my logs. I appreciate the help.

Use this tool to find the server that you have the best bandwidth to, and the max bit rate you can stream to that server at.
Try lowering your bitrate and try another streaming service (just as a test).
