Question / Help Dropped frames with newest update

Now i was doing just fine and everything yesterday but i get on today dl the new update and now when i play overwatch or anything despite what i do changing resolution bitrate anything i get dropped frames n this is just with in like 2 mins of it being on https://gist.github.com/07829ab8dc2ac73124c5. every twitch server seems to be getting a hvy load after looking at the jtvping app no server works for me

Seems to work fine now so i guess it was just the twitch servers?
