Question / Help Dropped Frames with Diablo 3

Trying to stream diablo 3, and I get a steady flow of dropped frames. Only happens with this game. Could really use some help :3

That link does not help me what so ever. None of those issues posted there are the problem. The dropped frames only happen with Diablo 3, every other game runs just fine. All my drivers are up-to-date. I use a direct connection to my modem. All self throttling is disabled on my cpu. Thanks, though.

Dropped frames are PURELY an internet connection issue.

Then why is it only with Diablo 3? I could understand if it happened with every game I play, but I have 50 down, 25 up. Shouldn't be an internet issue and it only happens with Diablo 3. Not sure what else I can do to fix this.

No idea unless you have some overparanoid internet security software having an absolute fit.
