Question / Help Dropped frames while playing online

I have really bad internet and when I try to play online games while streaming, I start to drop more and more frames, about 20%.

Internet speed:
approximately 0.7

Bitrate:
600

I don't know if too low of a bitrate can cause dropped frames or if my bitrate is higher than my upload (my upload bounces up and down).

Video bitrate of 600.
What about audio?

The combined usage of video, audio and your game is probably exceeding your line's upload speed.

128 audio bitrate. Should I change my main bitrate or my audio, I play Osu, a rhythm game so the audio is important to me. However, when I change game, I play an online FPS and thats the point when I get dropped frames.

The short version ends up being that you're going to likely need better internet.

In the meantime, choose which one (audio or video) is more important for the quality of your stream and reduce the bitrate of the other one.

I would honestly concentrate on getting better internet before you worry about trying to stream. That bitrate isnt going to be any good for anything other than 480p

If the combined audio and video bitrate exceed your upload speed, then you drop frames. (or if there is a connection problem) But since you mention having roughly 0.7mbit upload, I would recommend to lower your video bitrate to 400 maybe and lower the audio quality to around 64-96.
Oh and since you did not supply a log file, use a resolution around 240p/360p or 480p. With maybe 15-25 fps.
