So I wanted to test out streaming using Nvenc H265 to Youtube HLS server.
But everytime I do a 25,000 Kbps bitrate, I get a lot of dropped frames (not render lag), almost immediately.
As soon as I changed the bitrate to 20,000Kbps, then the stream is fine with no dropped frames.
When I stream with Nvenc H264 to Youtube RTMPS, I could do 25,000Kbps fine with no dropped frames.
My upload speed is 36,000Kbps (36Mbps).
Anyone else has the same issue?
