Question / Help Dropped Frames when any launcher is running.

Hey guys ,
whenever i stream , i usually have no problems. for example, i can stream Runescape for hours without any dropped frames. but , when i stream any game that opens up with a launcher , i get alot of dropped frames. my Kb/s at the bottom right goes down , and sometimes goes up after a while . this happens with any launcher i use , for example steam , Battle.net and origin. If i open battle.net and launch a game , but after that i cloes the client while the game is still running , i will stop losing frames.

I have tried everything with my ISP , and i dont think my internet here is the issue....

I am fairly sure you misinterpreted the cause

also run obs on nvidia gpu instead intel....check red part of this post https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/laptop-black-screen-when-capturing-read-here-first.5965/

I also used another laptop , random one in the house that isn't great at all. ive downloaded obs , steam and battle.net over there , and started stream , without any lags. 0 dropped frames , and that uses wifi.
