Question / Help Dropped Frames until restart OBS then works fine

Lately I notice that I will start dropping frames out of no where, I am trying to narrow down the trigger for the behavior but there doesnt seem to be a consistency. One thing I notice is that if I start recording then stop then start recording again I will start dropping frames. So everytime I record a clip I have to restart OBS. When I am stream I am unsure what is triggering it, maybe scene switching? I dunno. All I know is that it never used to drop frames now it does it all the time. When I restart OBS it starts working fine again.

guys i really wish I can hear back on this. The issue has became more severe. I am not getting packet loss ALL THE TIME.
