Question / Help Dropped frames or Buffering, choose one?

Well i get better quality if i do CPU encoding or i can use NVENC which seemingly outputs inferior quality.

However if i do CPU encode i get dropped frames for the video below i get 44%.
NVENC has zero dropped frames but will keep buffering whilst streaming and by the end of my stream it will be around an hour behind.

Any fix for this? i am at recommended settings for my crap internet and get decentish video quality for the speeds i have.

Here is a video with dropped frames using CPU.

This is NVENC which buffered the entire time and is now shown in the end video.

I uploaded this to YT.

Please post a log, details of how to do this are at the top of the forum.

Gut feel is that your CPU is having problems rendering when using x264 because the game is taking too much processing power.
