Question / Help Dropped frames only with League of Legends

I can stream every game other than League I have tried for hours on end with 0 dropped frames, mainly overwatch. But when I stream League as soon as it switches from the league client to the actuall game I start dropping frames and the stream becomes unstable. I did manage to stream 1 game perfectly but can't figure out what the difference is between it and the other attempts.

Any advice is greatly appreciated I have been attempting to resolve this issue for a couple of days now and am unsure where to go from here.

Hopefully that information helps I couldn't find the log for the one time I could get League to stream properly unfortunately.

Yes I tried all the things on the list before I posted

I have tried changing bitrate up and down all over the place and haven't seen any difference, any recommendations?

Wired connection

Have tried with firewall and antivirus off

Speed tests seem fine at roughly 25/5-6



Again I only see problems with League

Still looking for help, turns out I experience dropped frames with every game except blizzard games if that makes any sense.

Have tried new modem and have had lines tested by isp and had new lines ran even though the old tested fine.
