My problem: Can't seem to get a stable clear, crispy 720/60fps on my stream, messed around with settings, bitrate, and honestly resorted to here because I can't deal with this anymore, ;(
GPU: MSI GTX 1060 3GB
CPU: Intel i7 6700k 4.0ghz
RAM: 16 GB DDR4

My main game I'm trying to stream is osu!, I have a 144hz monitor, so the unlimited preset (300-1000fps) is loading at the screen.
I have talked to multiple osu! streamers, who have a bit worse computer than mine. They have a crisp, clear 720/60fps stream.

Extra: i have 3 monitors, one is dedicated to the game, one is running my chat on chrome, the other has OBS open w/ preview, I tried minimizing OBS and results were still the same.
any help would be appreciated ;<
