Dropped Frames (network) only when playing/opening game

Hi All, I'm new to streaming and followed tons of guides on the web but this still keeps happening.

There are few times I were able to stream no lag no dropped frames all green. But once I disconnected on my game and tried to reconnect my stream suddenly dropping frames and couldn't stream at all.

Also i tried to launch and stream with only my scenes and overlay and no game on window capture, it can stream with no lags. But if I open my game there's the problem. I have 0% knowledge on this so please bear with me. Thank you

It is good you seem to using a wired, vs WiFi connection
Is anyone/anything else using that Internet connection?
