Question / Help Dropped Frames/Low Bitrate on Normally Perfect Settings

Hello,
I've been streaming for 4 months now on Twitch with no issues. Yesterday, however, my viewers were experiencing massive lag. I confirmed that there were issues on the Twitch Inspector. This confuses me as I have made no changes to ISP/hardware/settings. Any guidance? Thanks!
