Question / Help dropped frames/lag

I've been lurking through some threads trying to find a solution, but I'm not having much luck. Hoping that someone can help me sort it out through some log files! Any help is much appreciated.

Rendering lag caused by GPU overload.

Suggest lowering your canvas resolution; the only GPU you have is a not particularly powerful integrated one and it is not close to keeping up with what you are demanding of it.
