Question / Help Dropped frames issue or unstable kb/s

I have many dropped frames (5-15%) when I streaming with OBS Studio. In original OBS this problem doesn't exist.
Settings in OBS Studio:
Video Bitrate: 2500
Endoder: QuickSync
Audio Bitrate: 128
Output Scaled Resolution: 1280x720
FPS: 60
These settings are the same in the original OBS with no dropped frames issue

PC Specs:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
Intel Core i5-4690K
8GM RAM

Uh, i know about log file.. but after klicking "Upload last log file" window with "Log upload succesful" doesn't uppear. Idk why

I can easily upload a log file with obs studio.
