Dropped Frames Intermittent Issue

Ok, I have a lot of streams I do weekly. Lately I have been getting intermittent static in my feeds so I troubleshot the issue. I first thought it was a bad wire, then checked all my mixer and Loopback settings and they are fine, nothing causing distortion. Then I got to using the OBS log and I see that I have 3.9% frame drop problems

I lowered the bitrate to 2500 but it still happens, then tried hardwiring my ethernet cable directly into my modem, still intermittently happens. Then tried to pull the ethernet mid stream and put back in, still happens.

Re started the stream, still happens. Checked my internet speed and connection is's fine, then I shutdown, rebooted and played a mixed audio for 20 mins and it was fine. I checked the OBS log and it shows no issues, I know this is tough but any other suggestions on this as intermittent issues are the worst. Will starting a new stream , soon as I hear the static note the time THEN go to the log and look for something? Any help here?

Update on this, I was able to do a 1 hour stream with no issues but right at the end out of nowhere I started hearing static. Let me explain bit more:
I dont here the static out of my monitors, I hear it when I'm logged in to the pay stream service Mixcloud, which shows on your browser the health of the feed. I log into the stream in the other room and I hear the static from that. The main concern is when I started to hear the static I shut the feed and called up the OBS log and to my surprise there was no warning, perfectly normal. I also record video and audio out of OBS, went back and listened and it did not record any static so I would think this is an internet issue Any help????

Still can't get this to work, here is the log file, I see at the end where this time it got so bad the stream stopped. Is there anything that happens in the log that leads up to this?

What I did:
I'm hardwired into my router
Wi fi is turned off
lowered frame rate.
