I've had this issue for a long time now and I have yet to find a solution. Any time I try to stream, I get varying results in connectivity. To preface, I have about 65mb down / 4-5 up. It's not very consistent, but I still shouldn't have trouble using at least 2mb to upload.
I'm using the latest version of OBS (I've had the same issues with previous versions as well). I attached screenshots of my settings and a log file from a specific stream. Otherwise I have tried just about every configuration of video and bitrate settings I can think of. It'll happen on any bitrate; even tried setting it to 1000 a few times and still happened.
Some days I can stream hours upon hours with an issue. Other days, my bitrate just tanks and I start dropping frames for no reason. My ISP is completely useless when it comes to this issue so I'm screwed if the issue is with them. Let me know if I need to provide more information. Any help would be appreciated.
