Question / Help Dropped Frames in Recording

Whenever I use OBS to record Rainbow 6 Siege for some reason the recording is always dropping frames. I've tried changing the bitrate but there wasn't a noticeable difference. Capping the FPS in game helped a lot but it's still dropping frames. Also I'm sorry if I put the log file in the post the wrong way, this is my first post.

That's what I thought initially, but then recording with AMD relive at a higher bitrate than what I'm using in OBS and with the same codec (AMD avc encoding) doesn't cause any issues. Unless for whatever reason obs uses more GPU power than relive.
