Starting with OBS 18.0.x series I've begun to see a large number of frames being dropped due to encoding lag. I realize the first assumption most will make is that my CPU isn't up to par, however this issue only appeared after updating to 18.0.x, my CPU utilization while recording is only at 40% and during the first 10 seconds of recording the video is perfectly smooth. I've recorded this same game (Dirt Rally) countless times with the same settings (both in game and in OBS) and never had a problem until now.
