Dropped frames due network

Hello.
I just stream on youtube.
I suffer dropped frames every stream, sometime it 0.5%, sometime 1.8%

I have 100mbps ethernet, with old router dlink dir100

this is how network behave when drops occurs.

I removed Killer Network software but my drivers anyway from Killer so idk how to install another.

I tried primary and secondary YT server
All my firewalls and torretns are off
It may start after 30+mins of stream, without any visible reason

Just decrease the bitrate until frame drops are gone, eg 18000 kbps.

You can download drivers for the network adapter on the website for your motherboard.

There no drivers only on that site, look, it all comes with killer software.

I think there no problems with bitrate because 99.9% of the stream bitrate is fixed and everything fine, but in 0.5% of stream there frame drops.

Why 100mbps considered as slow network? it's more than enough for 25k bitrate i guess?

Binding to a manually chosen IP address is rarely needed. Go to Settings -> Advanced -> Network and set "Bind to IP" back to "Default".

It was set as default before, no difference.

I can stream for hour without drops, then there suddenly 300-400 dropped frames, and everything ok again.
what it can be?
on all servers, some servers better, some worse, may reach 2% dropped frames.
upload speed to stockholm and usa still ~90mbps

asked IPS, traced servers and they said everything ok.
