Question / Help Dropped Frames, Crashes, & Choppy Video/Audio

Hi! I am not super savvy with any of this so please bear with me if I sound like an idiot or I'm in the wrong place. I recently tried to start streaming again on Twitch & other platforms and when I did yesterday, I had a massive amount of dropped frames, crashes, choppy video, and delayed audio. In the past I've been able to adjust the audio delay and have had the same internet speed/upload speed but this time it did not. I had a DSLR camera attached with the elgato cam link and a USB power bank with 2 additional web cams. I also had an ethernet connected in case. I downloaded Streamlabs OBS as well but it kept crashing and made my computer go so slow that I had to switch back to the normal OBS. I've attached the logs but I'm honestly not sure where the issue is. I also tried to restart it several times. OK well I have no idea if this makes any sense.

Yes, dumping a half dozen logs instead of the one relevant one isn't the greatest way to get help. Your problem could display in all of those logs, or some of them, or one of them, or none of them, and there's no way for anyone to know except to download them all and scrub each one.

Open OBS. Start an output session (streaming or recording). Observe your issue. Stop the output session. Upload the Current log without quitting OBS. Attach that one log to the post.
