a GPU being at 95% load on a GPU intensive game is quite common. the encoding thats done on nvenc or any other gpu encoder is done on another part of the gpu one not responsible for 3d rendering, also dropped frames means that your internet is inconsistent (wi-fi or downtime) during streaming and skipped frames is when you are viewing the stream in a browser for example and it skips because of the player or the hardware(sometimes internet if it is not buffering properly). btw. same problem in OBS-Studio, it had nothing to do with SLOBS
