Question / Help Dropped frames at random times

Hey OBS peoples! I seem to be getting an issue on OBS Studio where i get dropped frames during streams now, i never used to. It's been happening for the last 2 weeks. Some streams (around 2 hours long) i get 100-300 dropped frames, and last night i got 1000+ while playing Titanfall. If i play a single player game i think it does not happen as often but if i play a multiplayer game (The Culling, Titanfall 2, Rocket League etc) it seems to jump a lot more but at random times, around 10-100 each time.
Here is 2 log files from my last 2 streams:

2 hour+ from last night (i did change some settings during stream to try to fix it)

Thank you for the reply. I used the Twitch Test Tool and the next best server is Paris so I'm going to try switching to it and see if that helps at all in todays stream.
I used to stream at 1800 bitrate fine and now it's not fine.

Speed test is below:
as you can see my upload should be fine

My Network Adapter drivers are up to date.
I am using some Powerline Adapters that always used to work just fine, dunno if they are causing the issue?
