Question / Help Dropped Frames after Format

Hi,

i formated my PC and now when i started to stream it's dropping insane framerates for some reason, maybe i messed up some settings or something that i can't figure it out.

I've been wanting to stream with 60fps as i believe my pc and internet connection are more than enough but it was insane for the past 2 days that i resolved to 30fps but still there's a lot of frame drops when i went and rewatched the VOD on Twitch.

just checked over the log and all seems ok

no drops or lag, can you therefore post your internet speed result and also have you used the twitch bandwidth tool ? if so can you post the results.
