Sigh.... I feel like I've exhausted every option apart from wiring myself directly to the ISP's tower or buying a new router.
I've successfully streamed on twitch for 3-4 years with very little temporary downtime / frame loss.
For the past two weeks however, my connection is consistently dropping frames from 1% - 10%+.
When watching network graph in task manager when the connection drops, it goes from 4000 kbps to 0 kbps
then up to 11000 kbps before normalizing.
-reset router/hard reset/modem
-updated firmware
-reinstalled obs
-speed test 11 mbps up
-recommended bit rate 6000 kbps
-tested bit rate 4000 kbps
-tested various twitch servers with obs and twitchtest.exe
-scanned every pc on the network for virus/malware
-turned off all other connected devices
-tested from modem as well as router
-ISP claims signal from router and modem are fine
-turned if on and off ( added for the lulz )
**Log does not contain much information due to reinstall, deleted folder etc.
