I have 20mbps internet connection. When I test is in speedtest.net its say 19mbps download and 18mbps upload. I used the stream 720p 60fps with 5000 bitrate. But now the upload speed in obs during streaming it show upto 3000 bitrate speed.
Yes, I did talked to my ISP and they say its fine in their end.
