Question / Help Drop of frames from download of OBS

Ever sinde I downloades OBS, I have xperienced that frames, that earlier on was above 200 Per second, have droppede to 60 and bellow, this Boeing a problem when OBS is NOT open. Whenever it is on it gets worse. Is there a way to get my frames back op, when OBS is off?

I have the same problem, I record at 30 fps, and it keeps dropping to 22.2 fps with like 0.5% Cpu.
