Question / Help Drop in FPS and large file size

I am using OBS to record Overwatch for the first time and when I record I get a significant drop in FPS while recording. I usually get around 170 FPS and now I get around 70 FPS. Also when I finish recording the file size is very large for some reason. Like a 20 minute recording is 5 GB
