Question / Help Drop Frames Please Please Please Help

I cannot figure out why I cannot get a secure connection with my specs below. I am streaming to Facebook Live and have drop outs all the time.

I have an imac loaded with 24gig ram and nvidia geforce gtx 775m 2048 mb
Internet Speed:
-Download 800
-Upload 36

OBS Setting:
Encoder: x264
Output: 1280x720
rate control: cbr
bitrate: 2000
keyframe: 2
cpu usage: superfast
Audio: 128
FPS: 30

Frame drops due to network connection. Whatever your connection is rated for, or what speedtest results you get, you aren't getting sufficient bandwidth to Facebook's ingest server:
