Question / Help Drop Frames in Studio and not Classic

I tried making the switch to Studio and I drop around 21% frames. I copied what I thought was the same settings I had from Classic to Stuido and nothing works. In Classic Am at 0% dropped frames. Anyone have any idea what is causing this?

In Studio your bitrate and buffer size don't match. Set them both to 3200.

Also Studio is more accurate in it's reporting.

Well the log you posted seems to indicate otherwise:
19:56:28.045: bitrate: 3200
19:56:28.045: buffer size: 2500

That's on the 2nd/last stream attempt in your log.
