Drop frames as soon as i start twitch stream

I havent had any issues with my obs studio until today. I did a speed test and my internet is fine 600 uploads and downloads, pc confirms internet is great, settings havent changed in obs at all but everytime i try to start stream the frames drop and i buffer. Also checked for updates and the only update i did do was from a week ago. Exact reason why i hate updating b/c something always happens a week later and im having issues.
