Drop FPS

Hey, i've got a problem with random FPS Drop. During play on WWE2K19 i looked at the OBS and saw that FPS droping sometimes completly random. 60 fps to 54.09, 45, 43, and then back to the 60 fps. I noticed also sometimes that happend when CPU is above 5%, but sometimes i see 3% CPU and also that happend. Last time i must changed few things because stream really often stuttering. Can someone try to help me and say why this FPS drop happening?

Only use one game-capture per scene make a scene per game and use advences sceneswitcher to change the scene when you run a game

set your displays to 120 hz and cap your fps at 120

little tip make a scene per game with a background of the game then you can use adavanced scene switcher to switch into the scene when you start the game so you havew for every game the perfect settings in the scene !
