The only thing I play is csgo.
I use a 144hz external monitor, which when gaming runs 400 to 600 fps without loss.
Good. When it comes to streaming on Twitch (720p 60 fps) those stable 400 fps drop to 150 giving me input lag. I am attaching a snippet and my settings.

My OBS settings:
I really don't know what to do... months ago they work very well, I had a maximum of 50 fps drop. Now there are almost 300.
