Question / Help Drop down to 1 FPS while streaming H1Z1

I've had an issue lately where my stream drops down to 1 FPS, and sometimes even more when playing H1Z1. There is no indication of this on OBS itself though, which is strange. No FPS drop, no frames dropped either. Bitrate stays solid and everything. Only seems to happen with H1Z1, other games are fine. It's only started happening recently. I'd say about 4 days ago. Can anyone help??

Do you have some weird hotkey set? OBS is switching scenes a lot, this might cause performance issues

I don't think I do... That's weird. I wasn't having issues at that timestamp in my stream though. It was later on during H1Z1
