Bug Report Driver Error when drivers are updated and working fine

OK I have just about had enough of this error. Whenever I want to stream I click start streaming but it comes up with a driver error. My drivers are working fine and they are updated. So, what I have to do is close it and open it back up. If it says the same thing, then I have close it and open it back up multiple times until it eventually starts streaming. Any help?

Change your encoder to x264

no but when the error shows up, the only encoder is x264

and even when I do change it to x264 obs just crashes

Make a new profile in the profiles menu.
