Downstream Keyer Plugin Linux OBS installation

Sorry if there's no log file. My question is about installation of a plugin, not any bugs while using OBS.
So, My question is, How do you install the Downstream Keyer plugin to OBS for Ubuntu 22.04 (Jammy Jellyfish)?
Any help and/or comments will be highly appreciated.

UPDATE:
Problem has been solved. just used the one from the ubuntu snap store and followed instructions, and i was sucessful. Admins, feel free to remove this thread.
