Question / Help Downscaling in video tab or streaming tab?

Hey, short question: Should i set the downscaling to 1280x720p in the video tab or the streaming tab? Or maybe both?

video tab with lanczos filter. its fastest this way because scaling is done on gpu. output tab scaling is software and works on cpu
