downloaded OBS to win7.. missing .dll error

Hi all

I am just after downloading OBS Version 25.0.4.0 on Windows 7, when I open the application this system message appears:
Program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from Computer.
Try re-installing the program to fix this problem

Where/ How can I get this missing file?
