Download of OBS keeps crashing

what else is going on your LAN? what are you doing for real-time monitoring (both local PC and LAN/WAN?)
16:36:55.810: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 199 (27.8%)

Check your router and see what all is using your LAN

At the time of testing, everything is connected to wireless (except for stream which is a wired connection). The tv (which is off) and my phone are the only things currently on right now.

I guess I am confused about the monitoring portion of your response. I have checked the stats dock in OBS when the kb's drops occurred.

The current things I have done(which is probably wrong) are restart my router, uninstall OBS, reinstalled OBS, turned off and on my computer, and deleted browser sources.

I will look up how I can see what all is using the LAN.

The issue may be from your OBS PC, but is equally probably as it has NOTHING to do with OBS PC [so any monitoring on your PC, won't be relevant. And You need to monitor at OS level, not OBS]. Start at OS level and make sure security software, or a plugin, or other unrelated software (cloud sync?) isn't your culprit. Once you have eliminated OS as source of bandwidth contention, most likely, Either your WAN bandwidth isn't sustaining what you are sending from OBS, or something else is using that bandwidth. Now, whether these are caused by hardware issues, or just utilization (traffic) can't be determined without monitoring. And there are some other odd-ball possibilities, but I prefer to start with the more likely causes, as that tends to get to resolution quicker

Okay, so I did some more experiments. I have a wifi-extender in which I am wired from that to my computer in which it is giving me 100 mbps. Regular wifi is 880 mbps. A wired connection from the router to the computer is giving me 1 gb.

deinstall the norton shit defender make the same job

a wifi extender is a WIFI connection dont use WIFI conection
Streaming needs a stable conection on wifi in one second you have 880 mbps in a other moment 0 so you loose frames

and when I look at the log
16:37:55.090: [rtmp stream: 'simple_stream'] Interface: Realtek USB GbE Family Controller (ethernet, 100 mbps)
the network card only sync with 100 mbps

connect your PC direct to your router.
