Download for QTWidgets 5.14.0?

I'm trying to mess around in El Capitan to get OBS VIrtual Cam to work. No matter what version or what amount of uninstalling or reinstalling I do, I can't get OBS Virtual Cam to show up in the tools menu. The culprit, it seems right now, is that the QTWidgets framework is version 5.10.0 and needs to be at least 5.14.0 to function. Is there anywhere I can download that framework to replace within the OBS package to see if this will allow the plugin module to load?


Mac OS 10.11.6 - El Capitan
OBS Studio 24.0.6
Virtual Cam - latest (don't know what the release version is)
