Question / Help Downgraded from Windows 10 to 7 and...

I'm using a HD PVR 2 and for the last several months I've been streaming with OBS. The stream output seemed dark and rich, as the source itself. Now I'm back to Windows 7 (trying a couple of things, comparing with W10), and the stream doesn't seem so dark anymore, as if there was a thin greying film over the screen. The stream as the same look as the preview inside OBS itself, so I'm wondering if it could have anything to do with Aero being enabled.

With Windows 10, there were no Aero of course. I can confirm the HD PVR 2 playback is great and dark with their playback software. So it's OBS that can't be as dark as it should. Oh and I've set the color range to 'Full' for the HD PVR 2, if it was 'Partial', it would indeed be paler. Or maybe the full color range isn't really in effect then....?

Well, I'm currently streaming this: http://castalba.tv/channel/27813

I did find out what was the problem: on the Device setup (Hauppauge Siena Video Capture) when I set the 'YUV Color Range' to FULL (which is what I want), it actually set it at PARTIAL. When I set it at PARTIAL, now the black is trully 0,0,0. I don't get why its reversed!
