Question / Help Doubt: how to re-transmit rstp?

Hello guys, I was looking at the server, I haven't installed yet, I would like to use an IP camera which streams in RSTP and restream it to other options, the thing is, I want to push the RSTP directly from the source (the camera) into OBS, not the opposite way (OBS connect to the camera) because the camera is behind a VPN so, it doesn't have a public IP address.

This is pretty much outside the context of a question about OBS, since it's a question about port forwarding.
