Doubled Audio through XBox

So I have an Xbox and Switch that I use for streaming. up until recently everything worked as intended, but now I've run into a problem. Whenever I am on my Xbox I get doubled audio through my desktop audio as well as Game Capture. I have gone through multiple different routes to fix it, the thing I don't understand is why there's no problems with my Switch audio as it runs through the same capture card via an HDMI splitter

any help would be greatly appreciated as I've had to entirely reset all of my Obs Settings for my stream and am having to start from scratch and the problem still won't go away

I recently came into the same problem as well, I haven't found a solution, but realized my audio was coming from my headset and my pod mic at the same time, and I can't find a audio source for my xbox headset audio
