Doubled audio but only for voices, not for the game or my voice

Hello,

I have been experiencing issues with the stream in the past month or so. So the audio is fine for the game, for Windows, for Chrome and for my mic, but the voices from discord or from Valorant (any game really) are doubled (they sound like they are in a tunnel).

There are no duplicate sources, all audio is set to Monitor Off, I found somewhere on this forum to set the audio to 48k, and I tried that... Nothing works.

Windows 10 here.
